THANK YOU for deciding to join us for our Day of Portraits on Saturday, March 28th, 2015, and donating to Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times!

Important Notes:
1. Reservation is required prior to 3/28/15. No walk-in’s on the day of, please.
2. Morning Times will be in Pasadena, CA. Afternoon sessions will be in Culver City, CA. Specific meeting location will be emailed to all registered attendees (location will not be mailed public).

Q: Who are SharkBait and Gummy?
A: Awesome question! :D Those are our camp nicknames! And we are both camp counselors with Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times! I’m SharkBait (the owner and photographer behind Pirouette Photography). Gummy is one of the amazing camp counselors who have been taking gorgeous photos and creating fantastic videos for camp for many years! And we decided to join forces and fundraise together through our love for photography!

Q: When is the last day I can sign-up?
A: Wednesday, 3/26. But spaces will fill up quickly, as we are only taking a limited number of people. Once your desired time slot is taken, you will need to select a different time slot.

Q: Is the suggested minimum donation of $25 a per-person basis?
A: Yes, we suggested a minimum donation of $25 per person.

Q: What does the $25 suggested minimum donation include?
A: It includes a 5 minute photo session at our specific location, as well as one digital image for you to use as your online social media profile picture(s).

Q: Can I reserve more than one time slot?
A: We ask that you reserve only ONE 5-minute time slot for yourself, so it allows more openings for others who may want in on this portrait session. If you’d like a longer photo session, we’d love to chat more about that and schedule you separately for another day.

Q: Where will this portrait day take place?
A: We will email very specific meeting locations to everyone who are confirmed for sessions as the date gets closer. But generally speaking, MORNING sessions will be in Pasadena, CA. AFTERNOON sessions will be in Culver City, CA.

Q: How soon after the session will I receive my digital file?
A: Within 2 weeks of your session via email.

Q: Can I use my digital file to print a large 12×16 print?
A: The digital image that comes with this fundraiser is designed for any website/computer/online usage (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, etc) and small wallet size prints. We do not recommend using the file for printing larger than a 3×5. However, if you are interested in purchasing a maximum resolution digital file (printable for up to 30×40) or just larger “prints”, we would be happy to accommodate. Please email us at info@PirouettePhotography so we can share more details with you.

Q: Can I bring my friends and family?
A: YES! Most definitely! We encourage sharing our Day of Portraits Fundraiser with your friends and family! We DO ask, however, that everyone attending requests their own individual time slot (see calendar below) PRIOR to 3/28. We will not be taking walk-in’s.

Q: Can I include my child in my 5 minute photo session?
A: We’d be happy to! We will spend all 5 minutes taking pictures of you AND your child together. If you would like more pictures of you, your child, and you guys together, we recommend scheduling a regular photo session separately on another day.

Q: I just want a picture of my dog. Is that ok?
A: Absolutely! Please reserve a time slot for your furry friend. Suggested minimum donation is also $25 for your pet.

Q: I don’t know what to wear.
A: Colors and layers generally look great for sessions. For some photo session wardrobe ideas, please visit our Pinterest page HERE (click here). But really, anything you’re comfortable in and anything you’d like to be photographed in. ;)

Q: I’m ready to reserve my spot! What do I do?
A: GREAT!! Please use the calendar above to request your time slot. Once it’s submitted, and your e-contract + PayPal payment has been received, you’ll be receiving a confirmation email confirming your scheduled date.

Q: Wait, I don’t know how to access the online e-contract. Did I miss something?
A: After you submitted your calendar, you should have received a message with the link to access the model release form/contract. But no worries if you’ve missed it!
